Our Story
An idea and passion project born in the low desert of Tucson, AZ is nugrun. Created by two friends, focused on sharing the best cannabis extract we could personally create.
Officially started in 2024, we saw a market plagued with a problem: cannabis extract is an after-thought, and it always comes from flower with issues.
To try and solve this problem, only the best flower can be used as an input. No larf and no wet trim, just 100% nugrun, fresh frozen flower cut right from the tops of plants. Working with a small network of indoor farmers, we wish to create a platform that not only elevates the superb flower being grown by cultivators in Arizona, but also shines a light on those that grow for flavor.
At the forefront of our mission is quality above everything, accompanied by full transparency of our process.

Our goal is to create extract we can be proud of and that is unique in flavor. There are so many varieties of cannabis that have been overlooked due to lower yields and potency, but at the expense of the most exotic flavor imaginable. That is exactly what we're after: flavor you can feel."
Our Process
All nugrun. starting material is selected for its ability to produce a premium extract, meticulously cared for through a 9-10-week flower cycle, and then carefully harvested by hand.
Once the starting material has been harvested and promptly frozen, state of the art equipment helps create the desired extract without any loss in flavor or potency. We focus on minimal processing and retaining the true essence of the plant's resin.
We preserve the most, and filter out the least creating: high terpene full spectrum extracts.
The desire to capture the true essence of the plant means we do not cut any of our products with added THCa or Distillate. In addition, every extract goes through an extensive de-waxing period to ensure there are no excess waxes or lipids in your product.
If an extract from us tests with a potency lower than what you're used to, it most often means there is an abundance of those amazing flavors to enjoy.
We stand by the idea that if you are a consumer that chases THC %, this might not be the product for you. The highest THC cartridges will always be refined distillate or liquid diamonds, and that's not what we make. With Resin extracts, we aim to preserve the plant's full spectrum composition in both cannabinoids and flavor.
